BE ENERGIZED FULLY DAY WITH HEALTHY BREAKFAST.

Hey guys ,
                   I am Sudhakar Sharma , and I am going to share with you about healthy breakfast.

                Recommend  Following things for better results :-

               DRINK WATER :-  In the early morning ,you can drink 1 to 2 or more glasses water which helps in increased your metabolism .                                                                                BANANA:-  Take 1 to 2 bananas before going to start gym which increased your stamina and energy for last 60 minutes during workout .

  PROTEIN SHAKE:-   After the workout ,within 15 minutes you can take your shake which growth your  muscles.

 MILK WITH OATS :-   After 1 to 2 hours ,you can take 250 ml milk with oats in which you can avoid sugar .if you want to  take then add 1 spoon honey in yours diet.





    It is healthy and strong breakfast which makes you  healthy and energetic full day .
